even if your a guy to tell u it is not good for the hair and it's growth to use a shampoo that includes conditioner and another kind of conditioner .coz alot of conditioner makes ur hair falllll !!!!
yes no matter who u r u should use shampoo and conditioner and u should go to your salon and buy salon band stuff it work s out about same price and better for ya hair. also u should do 2 shampoos and u will use less
Sunsilk...Pantene is awful for your hair(as is most Over the counter stuff.)
