I have the world's flattest hair - no curl - nothing. The only way to get it to do something is by either colouring, perming or with the right cut -- it doesn't really matter what shampoo you use as long as you keep your hair clean and at the right moisture level (i.e. if permed or coloured -make sure it is not too dry - or too greasy from too many styling products). Well it may work for some and not for others! No harm in testing it out though! Really speaking, invest in a good quality product like Kerestase, Redken, Loreal... make sure they salon products. Much more likely to do the job plus the added bonus of quality to prevent your hair from damage. Use a shampoo and conditioner that for creating volume. Then, use a volumising mouse for instance that also protects your hair from damage, has sun protecting properties etc. Also flip your hair over when drying your hair... instant volume... GOOD LUCK

I used it a couple of times. I didnt really notice that much of a difference, but my hair is really really thick and heavy. It might work better for someone who has less hair than me. I really like the gel/cream stuff that they sell for styling. It comes in a yellow pump bottle. It doesnt make your hair feel crunchy, and it helps it hold its style.
